Leadership Traits - Inborn or Acquired?

On Tuesday, February 22, the Association of Utility Professionals held its first General Meeting of 2012.  Mr. Raleigh Nobles, Senior Vice President of Operations at Georgia System Operations in Tucker was the guest speaker; he wowed the audience with his presentation on Leadership.  He discussed the impact of the leaders in his life and how they have influenced his character development and work ethic.   His presentation was especially effective, because it was relatable. This perspective was expressed by many members of the audience.

He explained that traits such as commitment, passion, knowledge, and communication (to name just a few) are necessary, to spawn a great leader.  It is clear that Mr. Nobles exemplifies the concepts in his presentation, and stands as one of the great leaders in the Utility industry.
